Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the inBelarus Go platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform does

inBelarus Go is an online service that facilitates the process of applying to Belarusian universities for international students. It provides tools for submitting applications, uploading documents, tracking application status, communicating with universities, and processing fees.

The Platform does not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities.

3. User accounts

Access to the Platform is provided via email-based one-time password (OTP) authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your verification codes or session tokens with others.

Accounts are available for three types of users: students, university representatives, and agents. University and agent accounts must be approved by us. Contact join@in-belarus.com to register as a university or agent.

4. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your profile and application.
  • Upload only genuine documents. Submitting forged or altered documents is a serious violation and may result in account termination and legal consequences.
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
  • Not disrupt the operation of the Platform.

5. Payments

Certain actions on the Platform — such as submitting a university application — require payment of fees. Current fees are:

  • Application fee: $350 (non-refundable once the application is reviewed).
  • Commitment fee: $50 (confirms your intent to enrol).

Payments are processed by bePaid. By completing a payment, you agree to bePaid's terms and conditions. We do not store your card details.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

6. Documents and data

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited licence to store and share them with the relevant university for the purpose of processing your application.

We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. University and agent responsibilities

Universities are responsible for reviewing applications, providing accurate information about programs, and communicating admission decisions in a timely manner.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of applications they submit on behalf of students. Agents must have the explicit consent of students before acting on their behalf.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • University admission decisions.
  • Losses arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
  • Errors in third-party services (payment processors, email delivery, document storage).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent documents, or engage in abusive behaviour. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus.
